EASY GROW 1000 HYDROMULCH
Easy Grow 1000 Hydromulch is a protective layer of 100% recycled cellulose fibre. Hydromulch is a fast, cost effective, high quality method of seeding vegetation, for land rehabilitation and erosion control.
The process involves mixing Easy Grow 1000 Hydromulch, seed, fertilizer and water in the tank of a hydro-mulching machine. Once mixed, the material is then pumped from the tank and sprayed onto the ground. The mix is referred to as slurry. Once it is applied to the soil, it enhances growth by providing an ideal environment for seed germination and turf development. Vegetation establishes quickly providing a uniform cover for erosion control.

EROSION CONTROL
Hydro mulching is excellent for preventing soil erosion due to wind and rain. The paper mulch bonds directly to the ground, holding the seed in place instead of loosing it to wind, rain or birds.
IDEAL FOR ALL APPLICATIONS
Easy Grow 1000 can be applied at distances up to 200 feet away from the applicator. This allows newly prepared ground surfaces to remain undamaged from heavy equipment. This 200 foot range also alleviates turf establishment problems on steep slopes, hard to reach areas and the most difficult terrain. Hydromulching is an excellent way to seed areas such as golf courses, landfills, recreational areas, and around highways, airports and residential areas.
SUPERIOR GERMINATION
By Hydromulching you are insuring nearly 100% seed growth. Each seed is suspended and protected in the mulch mat, which creates a mini greenhouse, micro climate effect. Easy Grow 1000 retains many times its weight in water therefore promoting consistent germination results.
ECONOMICAL
Hydromulch is approximately 50% less expensive than the costly application of sod. In addition to the value of cost savings, Easy Grow 1000 requires far less time and labour to apply than older conventional methods of turf establishment.
UNIFORM APPLICATION
Hydromulch is usually applied at a rate between 1000 and 1200 pounds per acre. When applied on any surface the Hydromulch will form a thin paper mache crust that protects the seed and seals the surface. Hydromulch will yield a virtually weed free smoother turf than all other methods.
QUICK AND EFFICIENT
Hydromulching provides full coverage of grass in a fraction of the time required for conventional seeding. In most applications hydromulched lawns will begin to germinate in as little as 5-7 days. Seasonal fluctuations in temperature, rainfall and manual watering effect the growth, however most grass types will be established in 4 to 5 weeks
ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY
The hydromulch fibre is ecologically safe and decomposes over time, organically enriching the soil.
